Unlike money, penises really do grow on trees, especially a very specific type of palm tree called "Verschaffeltia Splendida." While it may sound like a character from RuPaul's Drag Race, it's actually a type of flowering plant in the Arecaceae family found only in Seychelles. Splendida indeed!
Using those will doubtless lead to splinters in inconvenient places.
